there was an instance where a caller named "Jennifer" requested an episode of Dragon Ball Z johnny played an episode but sped it up and then apologized to the caller

this episode was lost for years with some people even doubting its existence

but then a 6 second clip of the episode was found

for years this was the only clip of the episode until the full episode was found
